Arlington Place is nestled in the affluent city of Avon, Ohio.  Once a rustic, rural farming town, Avon has successfully transformed itself into a popular new home destination for Lorain County families. The Arlington Place Homeowner’s Association is a non-profit corporation governed by a five-member Board of Directors.  This website was created for our residents in order to provide you with convenience and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; join discussion forums; utilize the member directory; pay association dues; and much more.
